Q: Do you offer Free Estimates?
A: Yes if it is in our service area and something that we specialize in.
Q: What kinds of projects do you specialize in?
A: Bathrooms, Kitchens, and Exterior curb appeal are our specialties. We will also do unique smaller jobs upon request.
Q: What area do you serve?
A: We pride ourselves on providing top quality work. It is not practical for us to serve all of San Diego County. Consequently, we provide first rate construction services to most areas within a 15 mile radius from Seaworld: Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Point Loma, Pacific Beach, Bay Park, Mission Hills, Talmadge, Kensington, La Jolla, Mission Valley, Del Cerro, Tierrasanta, and Fletcher Hills. Anywhere north of the 56, east of the 125, and south of the 94 is too far away for us to do the great job we expect of ourselves.
Q: Do you offer Detailed Estimates?
A: Yes. We offer free detailed estimates to customers in our service area, for most projects under $20K. Projects over $20K, especially Kitchens, will require additional time to work out details, make specifications, and price out. That work is covered in our Design Agreement.
Q: What is a Design Agreement, and how much does it cost?
A: Our Design Agreement services includes a before and after drawing, a list of specifications, and a list of the new products, colors, and materials. Each line item comes with a price, so there is no worry about something missing, or being overcharged. The cost of the Design Agreement is determined on a case by case basis, and quoted during the free estimate. Half of the time the Design Agreement can be free if we are hired to complete the remodeling project.
Q: How many jobs do you have going on?
A: We only do one job at a time. Please call early to get on our schedule.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, Licensed with a $1 million liability policy. We are also a BBB Accredited company. See our many reviews on Yelp.
Q: Is the work done "in house" or by subcontractors?
A: Small jobs are done "in house", and larger projects will require subcontractors to keep construction time to a reasonable time period within industry standards. We have extensive experience with subcontractors who have proven themselves over time.
